Hong Kong Court Orders Disclosure of Financial Details of Mantra Chain Operation
The Hong Kong High Court has recently mandated the release of financial information relating to the dispute between Mantra DAO, Inc. and RioDeFi Inc. and four former RioDeFi employees who are accused of embezzling funds and business from Mantra.
According to Stéphane Laurent, co-founder of both Mantra and RioDeFi, legal action was taken against the defendants in early 2022.
On August 12, the judge released the reasons for the decision made in April 2023, ordering the defendants to disclose Mantra’s financial records from January 2021 to the present.
The defendants, identified as John Patrick Mullin, William Corkin, Jayant Ramanand, and Rodrigo Quan Miranda, all have profiles on LinkedIn stating that they were co-founders of Mantra DAO before it changed to Mantra Chain.
