Bittrex Global will cease all operations and trading on December 4. The company has advised its customers to withdraw their assets as soon as possible, and that all funds and tokens will remain secure.

After the designated date, users will only be able to withdraw cryptocurrency as part of a winding down process.

The exchange has already frozen its referral program and stopped advertising campaigns, and has promised to provide customer support through a technical support team.

Bittrex Global, which was founded in 2014 and hosts 476 cryptocurrencies and 707 pairs, saw a trading volume of approximately $26.3 million in the past 24 hours according to CoinGecko.

This decision comes after the closure of Bittrex’s US operation in April due to regulatory uncertainty.
