US Users Seem to Be More Interested in Bitcoin Than in Donald Trump
Ahrefs research has revealed that the amount of Google searches related to the original cryptocurrency has reached 1.9 million in the US.
This number has surpassed the search requests for former President Donald Trump, the renowned musician Elvis Presley and Disney World, with the total amount of global searches for bitcoin reaching 12 million.
According to Google Trends, Donald Trump only outdid the digital currency on two days when news of his possible arrest broke.
Nevada was the most avid state in seeking information about the first cryptocurrency, followed by Miami, California and Washington.
It is possible that Nevada’s fondness for gambling may have caused this surge in interest in Bitcoin.
