Asset Manager Fidelity Files 3 Applications for Metaverse and NFT-Related Trademarks

Asset manager Fidelity Investments has recently filed three trademark applications related to the metaverse, NFTs, digital real estate and crypto trading.

According to the documents, the firm plans to provide services in alternate realities.

In October it became known Fidelity’s crypto division plans to expand its staff and hire 100 employees in addition to about 500 employees.

The company opened last month a waiting list for retail-focused product Fidelity Crypto.
