Ether Updates Record High Above $4,600
The price of the second largest cryptocurrency in terms of capitalization has reached $4,639 today, updating its all-time high.
At the moment, Ethereum is trading at $4,601, while the capitalization of the asset has reached $537 billion, according to CoinGecko.
On November 2, the price of Ethereum tested the $4,500 mark shortly after CME announced the launch of microfutures based on the second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
At the end of October, Ethereum overtook Bitcoin in terms of price growth rates with an indicator of 42.9% versus 39.9%, respectively.
Earlier, investment bank Goldman Sachs predicted that the rate of the second largest cryptocurrency will rise to $8,000 by the end of 2021.
