BitGo, a digital asset services company, has launched a subsidiary in Singapore to expand its services in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new subsidiary, called BitGo Singapore, offers various services such as cold storage for over 1,100 digital assets, voice trading, automated settlement, and token management for foundations and protocols.

According to BitGo Singapore CEO Youngro Lee, the team is dedicated to providing clients with top-quality services while adhering to regulatory standards. The subsidiary’s launch follows BitGo’s parent company obtaining a Major Payment Institution License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore in August.

This license allows BitGo to provide digital asset services in Singapore. In January, BitGo was granted in-principle approval for the same license.
