Solana Unveils its New Smartphone

Solana has recently unveiled its latest smartphone, the “Seeker,” which will not solely rely on free memecoins.

Launched with little attention in May of last year, the initial reviews for the Saga smartphone were not favorable from both tech experts and cryptocurrency users.

However, a sudden 1,000% surge in the price of the memecoin Bonk in December caused the device to sell out on December 16th, possibly saving the Saga.

Solana has not forgotten about this success and is now offering similar rewards to the 140,000 users who pre-ordered the Seeker at a price range of $450 to $500.

General Manager of Solana Labs, Emmett Hollyer, has emphasized that while Seeker will also be a rewards magnet, it will not only be known as the “memecoin phone.”

The new device will include a better decentralized app (DApp) store and upgraded hardware, providing an enormous potential for teams to develop innovative experiences.
