tZero Digital Asset Securities has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to serve as a specialized broker-dealer for digital asset securities in the United States.

This means that tZero has the authority to hold digital asset securities on behalf of both retail and institutional clients.

In addition to its approval from regulatory bodies, tZero’s alternative trading system operator status also grants it the ability to handle the custody, clearance, and settlement of digital asset securities without the need for a third-party custodian.

This allows tZero to offer a comprehensive solution for the issuance and trading of digital asset securities.
