Terraform Labs has recently announced plans to sell four of its businesses as part of a $4.5 billion deal with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

These businesses include Pulsar Finance, a portfolio tracking platform, Station, a crypto wallet platform, Enterprise, a no-code decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) management platform, and Warp, a smart contract automation protocol.

Terraform had acquired Pulsar Finance in November 2023, shortly before filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in January. Its Enterprise platform was launched in November 2022.

While the company continues to actively develop Warp and Station, with recent updates in February and March, it has decided to sell these businesses in order to maximize value for its creditors and other stakeholders.

This decision is part of its overall plan to wind down operations under the terms of its settlement with the SEC.
