Bitwise has submitted a revised S-1 form ahead of its July 8 deadline for launching an Ethereum exchange-traded fund. This suggests that the product is nearing its launch, with analysts predicting it could happen in the next two weeks.

The SEC has not provided a specific timeline for final approval, but it is possible that it could give the go-ahead by the end of next week.

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that Bitwise’s latest filing for an Ethereum ETF is a sign of other issuers making similar moves in the coming week. He predicts that these ETFs could potentially be listed by next week or the week of July 15.

However, issuers must first have their S-1 statements approved before the ETFs can begin trading. On May 23, the SEC approved 19b-4 forms for eight spot Ethereum ETFs, including Bitwise, marking the first step in this process.
