Coinbase Teams Up with Stripe

A partnership has been formed between the cryptocurrency exchange leader Coinbase and the payment company Stripe.

As part of this collaboration, Stripe will integrate Coinbase’s Layer 2 network Base into its crypto payout services, while Coinbase will allow its customers to purchase crypto using credit cards or Apple Pay through its Coinbase Wallet.

Additionally, Coinbase users can utilize the stablecoin USDC via Base on Stripe, making it easier for them to convert fiat currency to crypto and transfer funds to over 150 countries.

In a statement, Coinbase expressed that the integration of cryptocurrency brings a faster and more affordable method of payment without being limited by international borders or traditional banking hours, reflecting the bright future of money.

This partnership sets the foundation for both Stripe and Coinbase to work together towards developing a better payment experience for users globally.
