BNB Chain Rolls Out BNB Greenfield Mainnet

The developers of BNB Chain have just launched the mainnet of BNB Greenfield, a Web3 solution for decentralized data storage.

200,000 transactions have been reportedly conducted on the protocol from 150,000 wallets during the test phase.

BNB Greenfield offers fast data uploads and downloads, as well as “robust privacy protection.” 

Some of the features of the new solution include high performance, built-in access control, cross-chain programmability as well as monetization and data exchange opportunities.

According to BNB Chain devs, the platform can benefit developers, data managers, business owners, content creators and other users.

The new solution is positioned as a decentralized alternative to traditional cloud services, reducing the risks of hacking and data loss.
