Brad Garlinghouse Says US is Worst Country for Crypto Companies
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has reiterated at the TOKEN2049 conference in Singapore his earlier claim that crypto companies are facing repressiveness in the US due to the harsh policies of the authorities.
He has warned that if this dangerous trend continues, the nation may soon lose its status as a technological powerhouse.
Therefore, Garlinghouse has urged blockchain startups to leave American jurisdiction in order to maintain their functionality.
He has suggested that companies looking for a more comfortable environment should consider relocating to countries such as the UK, the UAE, and Singapore.
Garlinghouse has also used the opportunity to take a jab at the Securities and Exchange Commission, accusing them of launching a “war” against the industry in the US by instituting lawsuits against Ripple, Coinbase, Binance, and other companies.
