Former Goldman Sachs Executive Joins Circle’s Board of Directors
The former Chief Risk Officer of Goldman Sachs, Craig Broderick, has been announced as having joined the board of directors of Circle Internet Financial, a move that CEO of its USDC co-issuer, Jeremy Allaire, views as “an important asset” due to Broderick’s “deep knowledge and experience as a longtime risk leader.”
Having been with Goldman Sachs for 32 years, Broderick served as co-chair of the Corporate Risk Committee and spearheaded various areas.
This follows the June appointment of ex-CFTC Chairman Heath Tarbert as General Counsel of the Circle subsidiary.
