US Investment Firms Are Entering Crypto Market: CoinShares

CoinShares has noticed heightened interest from major US asset holders in the cryptocurrency market.

At present, eight of these firms are looking into offering crypto-based investment options, such as a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF).

The list includes giants like JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon, Invesco, and Bank of America.

According to Meltem Demirors, director of strategic development at CoinShares, the US behemoths are chiefly interested in Bitcoin but are still exploring possibilities for altcoins.

In June, as Bitcoin price rose above $30,000, these companies accelerated their entrance to the digital currency space, which led to the belief that they may become more accessible if the market continues to surge.
