Konami to Hire NFT, Web3 and Metaverse Experts

Video game developer and publisher Konami Digital Entertainment has recently opened vacancies specializing in non-fungible tokens, Web3 and metaverses.

The company is looking for “talent for ‘system building’ and ‘service development’,” with competencies in systems engineering, programming, project management and business development.

The initiative aims to “launch a service where players can trade their in-game NFTs on a unique blockchain platform.” The latter is in line with “recommendations for DLT-based gaming” set by the Computer Entertainment Providers Association, the Japan Online Game Association and the Mobile Content Forum, according to a press release.
