Indian Social Network Chingari Announces Annual Distribution of $12M in Native Tokens
Indian social network Chingari has launched the GARI Mining program, within which it will annually reward users in the equivalent of $12 million.
According to the project, the daily pool of rewards in native GARI tokens will be 50,000 coins, 5,000 of which will be distributed as a bonus for entering the social network. The remaining 45,000 GARI will be awarded to users for in-app activities, including video uploads and sharing, views, likes and comments.
Users can increase their income with the help of NFT badges. They come in five tiers: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond – and offer x2, x3, x4, x5 and x10 multipliers respectively.
Chingari co-founder and CEO Sumit Ghosh has said:
“GARI Mining will provide a level playing field for big and small contributors. Now app users can earn GARI tokens and not depend on brand partnerships as their sole source of income.”
