NFT Startup Immutable Attracts $200M

Australia-based non-fungible token (NFT) startup Immutable has raised $200 million in a Series C funding round led by Singaporean company Temasek, the Australian company has announced.

Participants in the fundraising include Mirae Asset, ParaFi Capital, Declaration Partners, Tencent Holdings and other companies.

As a result of this funding round, the company’s valuation has increased to $2.5 billion.

The Sydney-based company is best known for the NFT games Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians.

Immutable has reported that it will use the raised funds to implement a growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions.

Immutable raised $12.5 million in September 2021 as part of the IMX token sale on the CoinList platform.
