DeFi Lending Firm Aave to Launch an Institutional Platform

Aave, a decentralized finance firm, is launching Aave Arc, an institutional DeFi platform, the company CEO Stani Kulechov has said.

According to him, the platform, which is aimed at bringing institutions into the DeFi sector, will probably be launched in the near future.

Kulechov said:

“We’re talking about weeks from now.”

The platform allows token owners to deposit funds into liquidity pools while other cryptocurrency users can borrow tokens from these pools and pay the tokens back, with interest.

The new platform has been created to offer institutional investors access to DeFi protocols in a limited capacity.
