Mark Cuban Shows Interest in Cardano
US billionaire Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, has been talking about the altcoin Cardano (ADA) with Charles Hoskinson, director of crypto company IOHK, after questioning the practical use of the token.
After posting a tweet in which Cuban asked about the practical use of the altcoin created by Hoskinson, the latter invited him to meet personally and discuss about it.
As part of the conversion, Hoskinson posted a 12-minute video in which he mentioned Cuban and offered detailed information about Cardano’s token (ADA) and why in his opinion the altcoin is better than Ethereum.
The discussion has continued, and Hoskinson has provided a practical use of ADA, which is actually what Cuban wanted to know about. In particular, Hoskinson said that users are issuing NFTs (non-fungible tokens) using Cardano.
Cuban has also been criticized for asking questions about the practical use of Cardano and not of Dogecoin, which has grabbed headlines recently mainly thanks to Musk’s statements about the meme cryptocurrency on his Twitter account.
Despite being asking about how the token can actually be used in real life, which some could be considered to be a kind of criticism, the interest in Cardano shown by Mark Cuban can be considered as something positive.
